About me

I am the Head PGA Professional at Chartridge Park Golf Club in Buckinghamshire with more than 15 years of coaching experience. Growing up with a mum and dad who are both passionate golfers and watching golfers like Tiger Woods and Seve Ballesteros inspired me to pursue a career in golf. Their style of play was exciting and technically brilliant!

Some of my playing highlights …

  • 2 times winner of PGA East Region Order of Merit events in 2012

  • Multiple Pro-Am wins

  • Hertfordshire County Order of Merit winner

  • Course record holder at the age of 15

  • Reached the final qualifying stage of The British Open

I still love to compete and test myself up against the best players in the region. I’m committed to practicing all areas of my game to prepare for tournaments throughout the season.

As a coach, I work with golfers from all walks of life with a range of abilities from total beginner to fellow PGA Professionals. It fills me with pride to see golfers I teach enjoy playing, develop their skills and understand their own game.

My coaching philosophy

My ultimate goal is for my client to think more clearly and to enjoy their game. I want them to leave each session understanding how they can improve, and with the knowledge and tools that enable them to improve their game in a simple way.

I adapt my teaching style to the individual. We are all different and move in different ways, with individual strengths and weaknesses. Whether I am coaching a total beginner or a county level golfer, it's important to me that my clients feel relaxed and supported in every session. Lessons should be enjoyable as well as informative.
